A security zone will be established from 3rd to 6th Avenues and east of Kingsley to the ocean. There will be no beach access between 3rd and 6th Avenues. The will be no parking on Memorial Drive and Fifth Avenue east of Memorial Drive. The entrance for ticket holders will be at 3rd & Ocean Avenues. Ticket holders will be admitted at 11:30 am.
